Black Friday

Hostinger Black Friday deals

Black Friday is the loudest week in hosting, and most coupon pages publish a discount whether or not one exists. This page tells you the real status and shows today's actual prices.

Current status

No confirmed campaign is running right now. Rather than inventing a countdown or a fake discount, we point you to the offer that genuinely is live today.

Black Friday falls on the Friday after US Thanksgiving in late November, and hosting sales typically run for the surrounding week into Cyber Monday.

What web hosting costs right now

Use these as your baseline. If a seasonal sale beats them, it is a genuine improvement; if it matches them, waiting gains you nothing.

Prices are first-term totals in US dollars. Renewal is charged at Hostinger's standard rate.

How to judge a seasonal Hostinger sale

  • Compare the total first-term price, not the advertised percentage. Percentages move around; totals do not lie.
  • Check the term length. A bigger discount on a 48-month term is a bigger commitment, not automatically a better deal.
  • Look at the renewal note in the cart. A deep first-term discount with a steep renewal can cost more over two terms.
  • Ignore countdown timers as a decision input. Buy when the plan and price suit you.

Why Black Friday behaves differently in hosting

In most retail categories a Black Friday discount is a temporary cut from a price that stays high the rest of the year. Hosting does not work that way. Shared hosting is sold on a permanent introductory-price model: the advertised price is already a first-term promotional price, and the profit is made on renewal, not on the first invoice.

That structural difference matters when you are deciding whether to wait. A hosting provider cannot cut the first-term price to zero, so the room between the standard promotional price and the Black Friday price is usually narrow. The headline percentage can look dramatic because it is measured against the undiscounted list price, which almost nobody pays at any time of year.

The practical consequence: judge a November offer by the total you pay for the term, compared against the total shown on this site today. If the gap is a few dollars across a 48-month commitment, the sale is marketing rather than saving.

The three numbers that decide whether a Black Friday plan is worth it

Percentage-off figures are the least useful number on a hosting sales page, because the base they are calculated from changes between products and terms. These three tell you what you actually spend.

  • First-term total. The single number your card is charged today. Compare like for like: a 24-month total against a 24-month total, never against a 48-month total.
  • Effective monthly cost. First-term total divided by the number of months. This is the only fair way to compare a 12-month plan against a 48-month plan.
  • Renewal exposure. The amount you will be asked to pay when the term ends. A deeper Black Friday discount on a longer term simply delays that moment, it does not remove it.

When waiting for November genuinely makes sense

There is a narrow set of cases where holding out is rational. If your current hosting contract does not expire until late in the year, there is nothing to lose by checking the November prices before you renew. If you are buying a long term on a higher-tier plan, where the absolute dollar difference is larger, a small percentage improvement can be worth a short wait.

The cases where waiting costs you are more common: a project that is ready to launch now, a site currently paying a renewal rate on another host, or a migration you have already planned. Every month spent waiting for a sale is a month of paying your existing bill, and that usually erases the seasonal saving before it arrives.

Wait
Your current hosting term runs into November anyway, or you are choosing a long term where a small percentage is a meaningful sum.
Buy now
You are launching, migrating away from a renewal rate, or the November price would need to beat today's total by more than the cost of waiting.

How we treat Black Friday claims on this site

We do not publish a Black Friday discount before one exists, and we do not recycle last year's numbers with the date changed. If our records show no confirmed campaign, the status box above says so plainly and directs you to the offer that is genuinely live.

We also do not run countdown timers. A timer that resets itself is a fabricated urgency signal, and it tells you nothing about whether the plan in front of you is a sensible purchase. The only deadline that matters is Hostinger's own, and that is visible in the cart at checkout.
