Hostinger email plans and prices

Discounts on this product reach up to 84% on the first term.

Prices are first-term totals in US dollars. Renewal is charged at Hostinger's standard rate.

What to know before you buy

  • Email plans are usually priced per mailbox, so multiply by the number of mailboxes you need.
  • You need a domain to use business email. That is billed separately by Hostinger.
  • Renewal is at Hostinger's standard email pricing once the discounted term ends.
  • Confirm the mailbox storage and limits in the cart before paying.

Why a domain mailbox is worth paying for

Business email on your own domain does two things a free mailbox cannot. It keeps your professional correspondence separate from a personal account you may lose access to, and it makes your address consistent with your website, which matters more to first-time customers than most owners expect.

There is also a practical continuity argument. A mailbox tied to your domain can be moved to a different provider by changing DNS records. A mailbox tied to a free consumer service belongs to whoever controls that account, and transferring years of correspondence out of it is considerably harder.

Sizing mailboxes and storage sensibly

Email plans are priced per mailbox and per unit of storage, so the two decisions that drive your bill are how many people need addresses and how much history they keep.

  • Buy mailboxes for people, not for functions. Aliases such as info@ or sales@ can usually forward into an existing mailbox at no extra cost.
  • Storage fills through attachments, not messages. A team that exchanges large files will outgrow a small quota far faster than message volume suggests.
  • Check the mobile and desktop client support you need before committing, particularly if your team relies on a specific mail application.
  • Confirm how the provider handles SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Correct authentication is what keeps your mail out of spam folders, and it is not optional in 2026.

Deliverability is the part that actually matters

The value of a business mailbox collapses if the messages do not arrive. Whatever provider you choose, the same three DNS records determine whether receiving servers trust your mail: SPF declares who may send on your behalf, DKIM signs your messages cryptographically, and DMARC tells receivers what to do when a message fails those checks.

Set all three when you set up the mailbox, not after your first invoice lands in a customer's spam folder. If you also send transactional or marketing email through a separate service, both senders must be included in your SPF record, and each needs its own DKIM signature configured.
